Liaises with the third party service provider; ensures privacy principles are applied on all information posted.
Provides backup support for the Webmaster.
Prepares website statistics and month-end reports for each Board meeting.
In consultation with the Webmaster addresses website feedback and inquiries.
Monitors content to ensure it reflects up to date information.
Reviews payables for web services; submits expenses to the treasurer twice a year.
Drafts a budget for the Board of Directors.
Attends all Chapter and Board of Director meetings.
All Board members are responsible for maintaining the values of the Chapter and ARMA International.
