Treasurer

Files income tax yearly.
Manages the receipt of membership dues and all other receipts and payments to which the Chapter is entitled.
Manages the disbursement of Chapter funds in accordance with approved policies of the Board of Directors.
Advises the Board on the most efficient and secure means to manage its financial resources.
Manages the deposit of all funds in the name of the Chapter in approved depositories.
Prepares financial information and statements for the Directors Report for presentation at the AGM.
Makes arrangements for the annual audit; forwards the appropriate documentation to the auditor retained for this purpose.
Provides budget and financial statements on the financial status of the Chapter at the close of each fiscal year and at such other times during the year as required by the Board of Directors.
Seeks and retires any debt or credit facilities of the Chapter, including credit cards, making payments in a timely manner.
Drafts a budget for submission to the Board of Directors.
Attends all Chapter and Board of Director meetings.
All Board members are responsible for maintaining the values of the Chapter and of ARMA International.
