Programme Director

Acts as the Chairperson of Chapter's Programmes Committee which is responsible for the monthly Information Sessions and Luncheon programmes.
Establishes a detailed work plan to ensure the timely acquisition of material and expert resource personnel to ensure successful monthly programmes.
Works closely with the PR & Marketing Director to advertise the monthly programmes.
Establishes the necessary sub-committees to plan, manage and implement the various aspects of the monthly programmes.
Establishes and maintains a good working relationship with the Chapter's venue for the monthly programmes.
Maintains a good working relationship with the outsourcing company responsible for registrations.
Coordinates all logistical arrangements for appropriate accommodation and audio-visual equipment for the monthly programmes.
Provides monthly programme information to the Newsletter Editor for inclusion in the newsletter.
Drafts a budget for the monthly program for submission to the Board of Directors.
Attends all Chapter and Board of Director meetings.
All Board members are responsible for maintaining the values of the Chapter and of ARMA International.
