President

Represents the Chapter at the Region and Association levels.
Responsible for the enforcement of the by-laws and all directives of the Board of Directors.
Keeps the Board of Directors fully informed of the activities of the Chapter, Region and Association.
Develops a strong team of informed and motivated Board members.
Delegates authority to Board members as appropriate.
Distributes resources to Board members as appropriate.
Maintains the Policies and Procedures manual.
Provides the "President's Message" for each Chapter Newsletter.
Chairs meetings of the Chapter and Board of Directors.
Drafts a budget for submission to the Board of Directors.
Maintains good relations with the Board, volunteers and the membership.
All Board members are responsible for maintaining the values of the Chapter and of ARMA International.
