Business Analyst-Records Discovery - (ECM233) C3 Associates is a Calgary-based consulting firm specializing in the strategic design, deployment and support of Enterprise Content Management Systems. We are a vendor-neutral group of experts who help our clients make the most of their ECM investments. Working with products such as Open Text Livelink, Livelink ECM eDOCS (Hummingbird), Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS), EMC Documentum, IBM FileNet, Kofax and other ECM tools, C3’s team is focused on ensuring ECM implementations are aligned with organizational objectives. C3’s approach adds value for our clients by providing unbiased expert advice to help them successfully deploy ECM tools to maximize return on investment in these important systems. As an Associate, you become part of a team of ECM experts who help ensure client projects are a success while also helping you advance your career by developing new skills.

Salary:

Contract position - 12 mo term

Qualifications:

We are seeking independent consultants to fulfill a Business Analyst position as part of a Records Management Program with our client: Business Analyst-Records Discovery - (ECM233) -Strong Business Analysis Skills with particular emphasis placed on understanding client business processes and identifying solutions to address business issues -Specific experience with eDiscovery and familiarity with Federal Rules of Civil Procedures, Sedona principles and the electronic discovery reference model -Experience in developing procedures & guidelines -Experience in training business users -Relevant and diverse experience in the enterprise content management & information/records management domains -Experience in working with Litigators and excellent understanding of legal obligations -Exposure to general oil & gas and pipeline industries Our clients are based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We will consider candidates willing to travel/move from elsewhere.
