Our EnCana Records Management team has an excellent opportunity for a Records Administrator - Circulation. In this role, you will be a member of the Canadian Foothills Records Management team responsible for the processing of incoming client requests for information. As the successful candidate, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with high volumes of work. You also welcome change and with your extensive computer skills, eagerly anticipate the move to electronic records management. This contract position will appeal to an individual who understands that in order to support your clients in their decision-making, information must be made available to them in a timely manner. Responsibilities Receiving requests from internal clients at a central order desk Retrieving and circulating files to internal clients Analyze customer requirements and work with them to develop and/or implement workable RM solutions Accurate collection of file room activity statistics Evaluate, create, review and implement new/ updated working instructions

Must be legally entitled to work in Canada Excellent customer service skills understanding of Oil and Gas Industry experience with land files and other related documents Ability to follow and support defined procedures Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in using both physical and electronic records/document management systems Knowledge and understanding of Records Management discipline (lifecycle management) Solid analytical and problem solving abilities Experience with Livelink would be an asset.
