Our practice is looking for an experienced ECM Consultant who can lead the implementation of highly secure and reliable solutions for multiple clients. Visit http://www.ibm.com/ca/ for more information As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the delivery of Records and ECM engagements with IBM clients. Your role is to gather facts (through research, interviewing, surveys, etc.), analyze the client's business, draw conclusions, prepare final reports, and deliver presentations. You’ll be involved in supporting solution delivery on appropriate engagements. As a Senior Consultant, you are proficient in consulting methodologies, key technologies, and engagement support tools and have demonstrated expertise in the Records and ECM field. Senior Consultants establish relationships with IBM’s key clients with a focus on delivering timely, high quality service. Responsibilities may include: · Gather requirements through interviews and workshops, review and analyze Information Management practices, develop enterprise wide strategic plans and policies in compliance with legislative and business requirements · Develop classification and indexing systems for electronic and paper records · Conduct business process, content and records management assessments · Develop business and technology strategies to address information and content management needs across enterprises and define component requirements · Bridge the gap between business and technology, articulate the business value of information management initiatives · Conduct Fit/Gap analysis and business/process modeling · Translate customer requirements into formal agreements and plans · Lead a team and providing direction · Manage project performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements · Contribute to IBM’s business growth by identifying and promoting new billable I/T service opportunities within the customer accounts

Qualifications:

· Proven track record backed by referrals. · Minimum of 10 – 15 years of Records and Enterprise Content Management experience. · Certification as a Certified Records Manager (CRM) is desirable, but not mandatory if you have proven experience · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to deliver results · Proven ability to drive high levels of client satisfaction and achievement of business objectives · Strong analytical ability and creativity in developing and implementing project solution deliverables. · Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
