Duties:

The successful candidate will be responsible for: •Problem resolution and Performance tuning; •Patches / Upgrades; •System Configuration; •Support scanning work stations; •Monitoring performance and tuning; •Supporting, performing and documenting technical configuration; •Responding to problem calls from users; •Providing on-call support; •Working with the Penn West’s Service Desk to resolve issues; •Keeping clients and team members informed of issues and resolutions; •Understanding and assisting with implementation of document and records management practices.

Qualifications:

•Knowledge of Kofax scanning would be an asset; •Proven ability to work effectively with other teams - Business and IT/IS; •Proven ability to work effectively with little or no direct supervision; •Strong attention to detail; •Experience implementing and supporting modules in eDocs; •Experience creating customizations to modules in order to enhance productivity; •Experience following a change management processes; •Experience with eDocs Enterprise Archive Server and QByte, CS Explorer, Well and Site View would be an asset; •Experience doing analysis of business requirements and determine how to implement a solution using existing software and functionality; •Experience estimating time to complete tasks and projects; •Experience communicating with clients.
